Please note that every report (either live or test one) needs to be lodged first to be able to download the XML file. After you successfully lodged the EPC, the 'Download XML' and 'ECO' button is going to appear at the bottom of the screen.

If you experience any error messages while trying to lodge the report, please create a screenshot of the error message, create a new ticket with the UPRN number of the report and please attach the screenshot so we will be able to detect the problem behind the unsuccessful lodgement.
