Since the release of iOS13 for Apple devices, we have noted that the iQMobile app for iOS has been having issues with taking and uploading images.

Due to the development work to produce a brand new mobile solution, the current version of the app was not optimised for iOS13, leading to this issue.

DEAs should take evidence photos out of the app and store in line with their own data management strategies; photos will only need to be provided if requested at audit.

Our development team is working hard to ensure the new Quidos mobile solution is easy to use, glitch-free, and compatible with the latest iOS version. The new app is aiming to be released by the start of December.
