The age of the room in a roof should be given as the same as the rest of the property.
The only time this would be different is if you have documentary evidence that proves otherwise. Suitable documentary evidence includes, but not limited to, planning applications, dated photographs of the property concerned validating date of construction (evidence might establish the earliest possible date of construction, such is if roof room is absent from the dated photograph).
