A conservatory is defined as a building part with 50% of walls and 75% of roof glazed. Where an extension does not meet this requirement, but has a glazed roof, the new Convention will advise the following input for the building part roof:



The use of ‘no access’ will immediately remove the requirement for an insulation recommendation, as well as accurately describing the element’s insulation.
