For DEAs each assessor is required to be audited on at least one audit per quarter (December - February, March - May, June - August & September - November) and 1% of your total lodgements for the year.  Because of this 1% requirement there may be instance where you are requested more than one report in a quarter, or if you lodge a lot of reports maybe even more than one a month(!)

The following instances will also instigate auditing requirements:

  • Excessive use of the Quidos help desk
  • Customer complaints
  • High lodgement rates (in excess of 120 lodgements a month)

 

 

For all Commercial Assessors we are required to audit at least one report every six months (December - May & June - November) and 1% of each assessors lodgements per year.  Each strand is audited separately and so NDEA L3 reports and NDEA L4 reports are audited independently and so if you lodge both Level 3 and Level 4 reports then one of each of these will be requested in each six month period.

The following instances will also instigate auditing requirements:

  • Excessive use of the Quidos help desk
  • Consumer complaints
  • High lodgement rates (in excess of 60 lodgements a month)
